TheInsiders.com's recruiting experts including Jamie Newberg, Scott Kennedy, and Mike Bakas of the southeast will have their rankings of the top prep talent in the class of 2003 out today.
The ratings are based on a five-star system with five stars being the highest possible rating. Players will also be ranked in their respective positions.
TheInsiders scout database, the first major recruiting database to have their 2003 rankings out, is expected to have their rankings and ratings completed by tonight or early tomorrow morning at the latest.
