Amherst running back Barry Booker has committed to Virginia Tech.

The Roanoke Times reported this weekend that Barry Booker has committed to Virginia Tech.

At 6-4 and 255 pounds, Booker will be a force as a defensive end with the Hokies in the coming years. He is Tech's fourth verbal commitment - Kory Robertson, Matt Welsh, and Courtney Denson being the other three.
