South County (Lorton, Va.) linebacker Ronny Vandyke will play in his first game in nearly two years Thursday against Chantilly. The Virignia Tech commit is recovered from the shoulder injury that kept him out for the 2009 season, and he spoke with VTInsider.com about his progress in regaining his form.

Ronny Vandyke already tested his left shoulder twice in scrimmages, which will ease some of his nerves heading into Thursday.
